No. For Washington state businesses and ministries, Washington sales tax is included in the VoVo plan prices you see, and we pay it to the state for you. Nothing extra is added at checkout.

Only some plans include a free trial, and each plan sets its own length. Right now True Family Plan includes 180 days, Launch includes 3 days and Grow includes 3 days. Plans without a trial are billed from the day you sign up. Signup asks for a card so we can verify your account. When you choose a plan with a trial, signup shows the trial length and the date your first charge happens before you confirm.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or our Terms of Service say otherwise. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. For a refund question, submit a support ticket and our team will review it.
