Grace is built into VoVo.
Hard months happen. When a payment is late, we give time. When a customer is struggling, they can ask us to cover a month, and our team reviews every request with care. This page shows why so much of VoVo is free, how you can help us carry people, and where you can ask for prayer.
Why so much of VoVo is free
7 days of grace
When a payment is late, a site keeps running for 7 days while the owner sorts it out. Nothing is switched off the moment a card fails.
Grace waivers
After 3 days past due, a customer can apply from their admin for a grace waiver, up to 2 times a year. When we approve it, a full billing cycle is covered at no charge.
Prayer, any time
Every customer's VoVo admin has a Need prayer button that reaches our team. Anyone can also share a request on the anonymous board below.
How the Grace Fund works
Grace costs something. Friends help carry it.
Every approved grace waiver is a month of hosting, email, backups and support that we still pay for. Gifts from friends go into one pool that covers those months.
You give, once or monthly
Any amount from $5 to $9,999. Monthly gifts keep the pool steady, so grace is easier to give.
The pool covers a customer
When we approve a grace waiver, that customer's monthly fee comes out of the pool. Their name is never shown.
We carry what is left
If the pool runs short, VoVo covers the difference and the pool shows a negative balance until friends catch it up.

Is my gift tax deductible?
No. VoVo is run by Jag Journey, LLC, a for-profit company, not a charity. A gift to the Grace Fund is a kindness gift that helps us offset the cost of grace we give customers. It is not a charitable donation, and no tax receipt is issued.
Where does my gift go?
Into one pool that covers customers' monthly fees when we approve their grace waivers. The pool, and every grace waiver it covers, shows on this page from real payments and approvals.
Why can the pool be negative?
We approve grace when someone needs it, not only when the pool has money. If grace given is more than gifts received, VoVo carries the difference and the balance shows below zero until friends catch it up.
How do I stop a monthly gift?
Your thank you email has a private link to your gift. Open it and choose Stop monthly gift. It stops before the next month's charge. You can also ask through our contact form, which opens a support ticket.
Who can see my prayer request?
The public sees only the words you shared and when. Your name, email and anything that could identify you are visible only to VoVo's central administrators. A request appears after you open the confirmation link we email you, which keeps automated spam off the board. A request that includes a phone number also waits for our review, so it does not reveal who you are.
I am a VoVo customer and I am behind. How do I ask for grace?
Sign in to your admin. When a payment is past due, a grace waiver banner lets you send a request with a short note. Our team reviews every request.
