The buyer applies a coupon on the cart, then pays on the site. Shop checkout sends the sale to your Stripe Connect account, not the platform merchant book. Paid orders can write into accounting. Payroll tax calculation, payroll finalization, and tax filing are not offered.

Staff mark an order paid, shipped, completed, cancelled, or refunded from the same administrative panel as the catalog. The buyer gets email for those steps. If a shipment or download is wrong, they open a help-desk ticket on your site.
