Catalog, class roster, and certificates for schools
A school, academy, or training company does not run a one-to-one coaching calendar, and it does not live on a creator storefront that takes a cut of every sale. It publishes a course catalog, admits students, unlocks lessons in order, seats classes, collects term fees, and issues certificates from the same hosted account.
Public catalog, sequenced curriculum, and a certificate of completion
Build the academy or school site in the CMS, then list programs in the course catalog so a student can see what is open before they apply. Inside a course, a lesson can stay locked until a set number of days after enrollment, until the previous lesson is finished, or until a scheduled date, so the curriculum keeps pace instead of dumping every file on day one. When a student completes a course that has certificates turned on, VoVo can issue a certificate of completion from a template you set, with a number that can be checked later. Training companies that already have a SCORM package can play it as a lesson. JagAI (Spark, Nova, Apex) is available for catalog and lesson copy if you buy credits separately from the plan. Confirm plan access before you replace a working student system.
- Public school or academy pages in the CMS
- Course catalog grouped by category
- Lessons that unlock by days after enrollment, previous lesson, or date
- Certificate of completion with a number you can verify
- SCORM lesson playback when the training company already has a package
Admissions forms, class seats, and term memberships
Admissions is an application, not a discovery call. Use a form for the training term with the questions your registrar actually needs, including file uploads and conditional steps, then keep every submission in the same account. Seat in-person or cohort classes as events: create the class, take registrations, set ticket types, and check attendees in. That is class registration as it exists today, not a claim of every marketplace ticketing extra. Term access uses membership packages billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly, so a school year or training term is a package on the student record rather than a prepaid stack of one-to-one sessions. Member caps still apply on the plan. The accounting workspace keeps the books; payroll tax calculation, payroll finalization, and tax filing are not offered.
- Application forms for admissions and training-term intake
- Class events with registration, ticket types, and check-in
- Membership packages billed monthly, quarterly, or yearly for a term
- Content gating so term members reach the catalog they paid for
- No per-member fee on the plan price; crossing a member cap is a plan change
Email the applicant list, the roster, and the enrolled students
Communications is email from this account: a notice when an application arrives, a class reminder, a lesson-unlock note, or a term-renewal message. SMS is currently disabled. Social Media posting is unavailable. Support for the school or training company, and for students who cannot reach a lesson, goes through /contact as a branded ticket, not a staff inbox on the public page.
- Email to applicants, enrolled students, and class registrants
- Sequences that start from a form, an enrollment, or a membership
- SMS not available
- Social Media posting not available
- Help through /contact tickets
