1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the VoVo platform ("Service") provided by Jag Journey, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
VoVo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides website building, membership management, e-commerce, learning management, event management, and other business tools for organizations.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3.3 Account Types
The Service offers different account types with varying features and limitations. Your access to certain features may be limited based on your subscription plan.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plan start
Paid plans bill from signup. Free from God is a separate free plan with published limits.
4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.
4.3 Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. Submit a support ticket for refund inquiries.
No refunds on digital items. Marketplace modules, themes, add-ons and every other digital item are never refunded once bought, bundles included. A module bought for a website is licensed to that website only and never moves to another website; another website buys its own. If a payment for a digital item is reversed by a chargeback or by us, that website loses access to the item, and nothing made with it is deleted.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Transmit harmful code, malware, or any content designed to damage systems

5.2 Content Standards
Content you create or upload must not be illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
5.3 Live Video
Channel owners, their hosts, guests and moderators, and their viewers must not use VoVo Live (Section 16) to:
- Show, share or link to sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualizes minors (we report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, as the law requires)
- Show sexually explicit content, such as sexual acts or nudity meant to arouse, on any channel, including channels marked for adults 18 and over, or share intimate images of anyone without their consent
- Threaten, harass, bully or dox anyone, or stir up hatred against people for who they are

- Sell or promote illegal goods or services
- Use raids or the live directory to spam, harass or mislead another channel's audience
- Get around a timeout, ban, age check, kill switch, suspension or the end of an account's use of VoVo Live, including with new accounts, channels or addresses
- File false, misleading or bad-faith reports, copyright notices or counter-notices, or use reports and notices to harass, silence or harm a channel
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content created by us, is owned by Jag Journey, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to provide the Service.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email providers, etc.). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
If you connect a calendar, you must have permission to connect it and choose which calendars may block appointment times and which writable calendar may receive new bookings. VoVo may check selected calendars for busy times and create or remove VoVo booking events in the chosen destination. You can disconnect a calendar, but doing so does not cancel existing bookings or delete events already created with the calendar provider. Our Privacy Policy explains the data used for these optional connections.
YouTube. VoVo uses YouTube API Services to upload VoVo's own videos to VoVo's own YouTube channel. Only VoVo staff can use this feature, and anyone who uses it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and Section 2.6 of our Privacy Policy explains what we store, why, for how long, and how to revoke VoVo's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
9. Service Availability
9.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9.2 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes when feasible.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our discretion with notice.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAG JOURNEY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jag Journey, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
16. VoVo Live
VoVo Live lets organizations broadcast, hold meetings, classes and webinars, and run channels, each at its own address on vovovid.com. In this section and Section 17, the "channel owner" is the organization whose account owns a channel. The channel owner is responsible for everything shown, said and played on its channels, including by its hosts, guests, co-hosts and moderators, and pays for its live video from its Platform Wallet at the prices shown in its admin.
16.1 Recording
A channel may record its broadcasts and meetings. When it does, its watch and join pages say so. The channel owner must tell its guests before recording, get any consent the law requires where the channel owner and its guests are, and must not record anyone who has not been told.
Replays of broadcasts and webinars, and clips cut from broadcasts, may be shown on the channel's page to the viewers the channel owner allows. Recordings of meetings, classes and audio rooms stay in the channel owner's admin. Replays are kept until the channel owner deletes them, until we delete them because the channel owner's wallet could not pay for their storage and the notice period in our message to the channel owner has passed, or until we remove them under these Terms.
16.2 Followers and Going-Live Emails
Viewers may follow a channel. A viewer who follows by email confirms the address first. When a followed channel goes live, we send its followers one email, and signed-in members a notice, no more than once every few hours per channel. Every email has a one-click link to unfollow, and we do not email addresses that unsubscribed, bounced or complained.
16.3 Tips
Viewers may tip a channel owner's broadcast when the channel owner turns tips on. Tips are paid into the channel owner's own Stripe Connect account, less our share of each tip, which the channel's settings in the channel owner's admin show. The viewer may also pay a card processing fee, shown before paying. The channel owner handles refunds and disputes with its viewers and is responsible for any tax on its tips, and we may recover a disputed tip and its dispute fee from the channel owner's account. Tips are voluntary and do not buy goods or services, and a channel owner must not promise anything in return for a tip that it does not deliver.
16.4 Raids and the Live Directory
When a broadcast ends, its host may send the viewers still watching to another live public broadcast (a raid): one in the same account, or one that accepts raids. Channels marked for adults 18 and over are never raided.
We may list channels in a public directory on vovovid.com. Only public broadcasts and webinars that chose to be listed appear, never channels marked for adults 18 and over or suspended channels, and we may remove any channel from the directory at any time.
16.5 Channels for Adults
A channel owner must mark a channel "for adults 18 and over" when it shows mature content meant only for adults. Viewers confirm their age before watching. These channels are never listed in the directory or raided, and content that is not allowed on VoVo Live, including sexually explicit content, is not allowed on them either (Section 5.3).
16.6 Reports, Moderation and Takedowns
Anyone may report a channel, a replay or a chat message, without an account. We review reports, and we may, without notice and at our discretion:
- Hide chat messages, and time out or ban people from a channel's chat
- Stop what is live on a channel at once with its kill switch while we look into it, and keep it off until we turn it back on. Our systems may do this by themselves when many viewers report a live stream within a minute, or when our automated review of a report sees sexual content, graphic violence or self-harm in the live picture
- Remove a replay or clip for good
- Suspend a channel, which ends what is live on it and keeps it from going live until we reinstate it
- Stop all live streaming on VoVo for a time
We tell the owners and admins of the channel owner's account about each takedown and its reason. Removed replays are deleted and cannot be restored. A channel owner may ask us to review a takedown by submitting a support ticket. Channel owners moderate their own channels' chat, may add moderators, and must act on reports about their chat that we pass on.
17. Copyright and DMCA Policy
We respect copyright and expect everyone who uses VoVo to do the same. We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
17.1 Sending a Notice
If you believe material on VoVo infringes your copyright, the easiest way to tell us is the copyright notice form on the VoVo Live channel's page (its Report button links to it) or, for anything else, such as a website hosted on VoVo, our contact form. Both reach our Support team. You may also send a notice to our designated agent (Section 17.8). A notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- The copyrighted work you believe was infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved
- The material you believe infringes it, and where it is, with enough detail for us to find it
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
The VoVo Live form also asks you to confirm that you considered fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107), and ends with one last confirmation of the legal warnings in Section 17.4. A notice is not sent until you give it.
17.2 Identity Verification
Everyone who files a notice through the VoVo Live form is asked to verify their identity with a government-issued photo ID and a selfie, through our verification provider, Stripe. Verified notices are reviewed first. A notice from a filer who does not verify is still reviewed, with extra care: we may ask for proof of ownership or authorization, or for identity verification, before acting on it, and we may decline a notice that appears incomplete, false or abusive. We may come to require identity verification for notices sent through the form, but a notice sent to our designated agent that meets the law's requirements is always handled as the law requires.
17.3 What We Record
To prevent false and abusive notices, we record with every notice sent through the VoVo Live form the network (IP) address it was sent from and any forwarding addresses, that address's approximate location and network provider, the browser and device used, and the date and time. We keep this record, the notice and any files sent with it for at least three years, the time limit for most copyright claims (17 U.S.C. § 507(b)), and longer while a notice, counter-notice or legal claim is open. We may share them with the channel's owner as this policy describes, with courts, and with law enforcement, when the law requires it or to stop abuse.
17.4 False and Abusive Notices
Sending a notice you know is false is prohibited. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, is liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by the copyright owner or its licensee, or by us. The statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner is made under penalty of perjury, and knowingly making a false statement under penalty of perjury is a federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 1621; 28 U.S.C. § 1746), punishable by fines and up to five years in prison.
If we find that a notice or counter-notice was false, misleading, or filed to harass, silence or harm a channel, we may, at our discretion:
- Decline it, and restore anything removed because of a false notice
- Give the affected party the notice or counter-notice and its record, so they can pursue their own remedies
- Report it to law enforcement
- Refuse further notices through our forms from the same person or organization. Notices sent to our designated agent are still handled as the law requires
- Seek our own damages, costs and attorneys' fees
17.5 What Happens to a Notice
When a notice meets these requirements and names a replay or clip, we remove it, with any clips cut from it. When it names a live stream or other material on a channel, we may suspend the channel. For material elsewhere on VoVo, we remove it or disable access to it. We tell the owner of the channel or website and may send them a copy of the notice, including your name, so they can respond.
17.6 Counter-Notices
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice: for a VoVo Live takedown, under Live Stream > Trust and safety > Copyright in your admin; for other material, by our contact form or to our designated agent. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- The material that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, postal address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the notice or their agent
A counter-notice that knowingly misrepresents that material was removed by mistake has the same consequences as a false notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Counter-notices filed from your admin are kept with the account that filed them.
We send a copy of the counter-notice to the person who filed the notice and tell them the material may go back up in 10 business days. Unless we first hear from them that they have filed a court action seeking to stop the claimed infringement, we reinstate a suspended channel, or lift a replay's takedown so the channel owner may publish the material again, no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice. Removed replays were deleted, so we cannot put them back ourselves.
17.7 Repeat Infringers
A strike is each copyright takedown that stands. A strike ends when it is 12 months old, or sooner if a valid counter-notice restores the material and no court action follows, or the notice is withdrawn.
- On the first strike, the material comes down and the channel owner is told, with how to file a counter-notice
- On reaching 3 strikes within 12 months, we end that channel owner's use of VoVo Live: every channel it owns is stopped at once with its kill switch, and only we can turn it back on. We tell the channel owner why, review the account, and decide whether to also close it
- Blatant or willful infringement can lead to the same result at the first strike, at our decision
We may also suspend or close, in appropriate circumstances, the account of anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright anywhere on VoVo (Section 10.2).
17.8 Designated Agent
Our designated agent to receive notices of claimed infringement (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2)) is:
- Agent: Copyright Agent, Jag Journey, LLC
- Address: 23505 East Appleway, 200, Liberty Lake, WA 99019
- Contact: Contact support. Our contact form creates a support ticket.
Send a notice through the copyright notice form on a VoVo Live channel's page, or our contact form.
Our designated agent is also listed in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory. Filing number: DMCA-1081526.
